About the Department
The Department of Physics, Institute of Science & Humanities has been a repository of knowledge at the very outset with the backing of efficient and specialized faculties. The Department has been providing excellent research opportunities and facilities. The department has four highly qualified and dedicated faculty members with specialization in various disciplines of Physics.The research interests of the faculty members cover a broad spectrum: Theoretical Physics, Crystal Growth, Thin Films, Nano Materials, Optical Fibers, Medical Physics etc. The Department has state-of-the-art research laboratories and computational facilities. Currently the Department offers Engineering Physics, Applied Physics and Materials Physics courses for I year B.E/B.Tech students.
