Department of Pure & Applied Mathematics bags an high-end reputation as an outstanding node for excellence in teaching, publishing patents and research with energetic involvement in recent cutting edges of all walks of the mathematical universe. It has six teaching minds and seven enthusiastic research scholars. In the journey of time, the department has got two patents published and approved by the government of India. Further, our department crowns with 70 SCI publications published by the dedicated and untiring faculty members & scholars. The faculty members & scholars have bagged many awards in the domain of research & academics. The department helps around 100 mentees in resolving their personal, academic and psychological issuess. The department sprawls its research wings on the following areas Algebra, Fuzzy Algebra, Fixed Point Theory, Topology, Analysis, Queuing Theory and Inventory Theory.
